The Chenaniah Praise Dancers, a dynamic group of sisters—Ashanti, Tiffany, Briana, and Acacia—stand as a powerful testament to the strength of family, the anointing of God, and the transformative power of worship through dance. Rooted in faith and guided by purpose, their ministry was birthed over 15 years ago in the den of their family home and has since evolved into a global movement of prophetic praise and artistic excellence.

Under the spiritual covering and leadership of their parents, Bishop-Elect Anthony and Pastor Carla Mays of RHEMI Church International, the sisters launched what was initially intended to be a one-time performance—an appreciation dance for their youth pastor. But God had another plan. Despite having no formal dance training, their passion, obedience, and spiritual sensitivity led to the formation of Chenaniah, meaning “Strength of the Lord” and “God Has Planted” (1 Chronicles 15:22).

At the helm is Ashanti, whose choreography has been described as prophetic, powerful, and life-changing. Together, the sisters have developed a ministry that is more than movement—it is intercession in motion, ushering worshippers into deeper encounters with God through every step, turn, and leap.

Their reach extends far beyond the church stage:

• They are the founders of the Chenaniah School of Dance, a center for both the art and ministry of dance, culminating each semester in a live worship showcase.
• Their “Dancing With Authority” conferences, held nationally and internationally, empower dancers to move boldly in their calling with clarity, biblical understanding, and spiritual authority.
• Through media outreach—including their TV show, "It's Time to Dance," on the CTN Network—they continue to impact lives globally.

The Chenaniah Praise Dancers have been featured on major platforms including TBN, BET, PAX TV, CTN, and The Word Network, and have ministered alongside some of the most respected names in the gospel world, including CeCe Winans, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, the late Dr. Morris Cerullo, Dr. Cindy Trimm, and Bishop John Francis, among others.

As authors of two acclaimed books, “Dancing With Authority” and “Don’t Break the Rhythm,” they equip dancers, worship leaders, and believers with tools to stay rooted in purpose and connected to divine timing.
